Honda's luxury-brand flagship sedan has undergone driver-oriented revisions. The 2011 2012 RL, with its wider tires, V-6, 4-speed automatic, and fortified 4 wheel disc brake system give a more potent feel in the drivers seat. A V8 engine still isn't available. All in all, this is a vehicle you can feel safe in while feeling that luxury hasn't been forgotten either. Also standard are General Motors' OnStar service, Interior trimmed in leather and wood, power adjustable steering wheel, heated front seats with memory, and a trunk-mounted CD changer. A touch-screen navigation system is the sole option and is priced as a separate model. Changes for 2011 2012 include clear-lens tail lamps, new-design wheels, revised color choices for paint and Interior, and adoption of LATCH-system child-seat anchors. Outside, the 2011 2012 RL is freshened by new body-colored lower side sills, splashguards and roof strips.
