The 2011 2012 Ford Freestar is outfitted with 3.9-liter OHV V6 capable of delivering 193 horsepower and 4.2-liter OHV V6 engine capable of producing 201 horsepower at 4250 rpm and 263 lb.-ft. of torque at 3650 rpm. The powertrain is equipped with 4-speed automatic transmission facility. Thanks to 4-speed automatic transmission system, the 2011 2012 Ford Freestar offers excellent fuel economy - 17 miles per gallon in the city and 23 miles per gallon on highway.
