The 2011 2012 Saturn Sky has the power of Ecotec Inline-4 engine capable of delivering 170 horsepower at 6400 RPM and 162 pound-feet of torque at 4800 RPM. The engine is equipped with five-speed Aisin manual transmission system with a short throw shifter. Five-speed automatic transmission system is optional. The engine has the facility of variable valve timing. It also has hydraulic engine mounts phenomenal in minimizing engine vibrations. The 2011 2012 Saturn Sky is outfitted with an extensive range of standard features. The 2006 Saturn Sky comes with rack-and-pinion power steering, 245-series 18-inch tires and wheels, coil-over Bilstein monotube shock absorbers, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS etc. Add to that hydroformed longitudinal frame rails and hydroformed body panels. The car has 245/45 R18 tires. The 2011 2012 Saturn Sky takes inspiration from Vauxhalls VX Lightning Concept.
The interior is excellent. The 2011 2012 Saturn Skyhas sufficient chrome in the grille and bright work. The interior has also got an exquisite European flavor to its interior. The car has been designed in GM's Advanced Design Studio in Birmingham, England.
